Small Business Suite is a small business based in Ontario, Canada. This page explains, in plain language, what happens to the information you send us through this website.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into the contact form: your name, your business name (if you give one), an email address or phone number, and whatever you tell us about your business and the help you’re looking for, along with the service options you tick.
When a form is submitted we also record the time of the submission, the IP address the request came from and your browser’s user-agent string. These are used to reduce spam and abuse.
We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not ask for payment details through this website.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, to prepare a quote or scope of work, and to continue the conversation you started. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking for it.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in a managed database used to operate this website, and copies may also exist in our business email. Access is limited to Small Business Suite. We take reasonable steps to protect this information, but no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as they are useful for the working relationship or for ordinary business records. If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we will remove it from our database.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@smallbusinesssuite.ca and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.
Third parties
This website relies on service providers for hosting, database storage and email delivery. They process information on our behalf so the site and our email can work.
